GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
1) Parents are requested to read and explain the school rules to their wards. The school alone cannot mould the child into a good citizen. He is the product of both home and school. Remember; Charity always begins at Home.
2) The child has to be registered in the school by depositing the registration fees (admission form). Parents must attach the xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of their ward with the Admission form.
3) Parents are requested to see that their wards attend school regularly and look into their irregular attendance, habitual idleness and neglect of school and home-work, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and seniors. if any.
4) Please ensure that earliest possible action is taken by the parent/guardian on the letters, notices or WhatsApp messages (SMSes) sent to them from time to time. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities in the work of education: to inculcate in them the social and moral values of neatness, politeness, punctuality, courtesy, discipline and good manners.
5) Your ward should not bring money or costly articles to the school; Neither should they bring any sharp or harmful instruments to school.
6) Once a child is in the school he/she shall not be allowed to go home early. In case of sudden illness, the parents will be intimated and may take the child home, after submitting a written application.
7) Parents/Guardians are not allowed to go to class rooms or to their wards directly without permission of the Principal.
8) Interaction between parents and teachers is encouraged. However, a parent desiring to meet a teacher should take confirmed prior-appointment by sending request in the diary at least one day in advance. Teachers may not be available otherwise.
9) Kindly intimate the school authorities about the change of address and telephone numbers (WhatsApp) at the earliest.
10) Kindly refer to the school calendar for holidays and other programmes, instead of making queries on phone.
11) Parents are requested to keep at home the children who feel feverish or otherwise ill, even if it means missing a test. Children will not be allowed out of school during class hours for medical check ups or any other reasons. It is not fair to disturb the rest of the children in the class. Genuine cases will be dealt on the real time basıs.
12) IMPORTANT
Only parents should come to the school alongwith their wards if need be, to take the report cards. Parents are expected to discuss their child's progress in school and other related matters with the concerned teachers on that day. Report
cards will not be given through attendants or servants.
